The more I look at this weekends Investec Champions Cup Final the harder it is to call. Every single possession will be fought for #LEIvSR #ChampionsCup Who do you fancy ?

Had a chance to breakdown one of the best defensive displays I have ever seen for RTÉ Sport this week on #againstthehead . Can’t wait to see what Jacques Nienaber does with the Leinster Defence #RWC23Final

We witnessed one of the greatest individual performances in a Investec Champions Cup final on Saturday by 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗗𝗨𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗧 👑. Whether it’s right /left foot, run/pass, carry/tackle/contest he owned the pitch and must be the best player in the World right now ? #LEIvTOU

Lots of talk about the last 2 minutes and whether we should have kicked it off or not. But Ireland will be very disappointed with these two phases of defense. England were down to 14 and to concede that much ground from a 4 man lineout on the first phase and not get more players far side on phase two was poor. Good England attack though 👏#ENGIRE #ENGvIRE #SixNations

This clip captures why Leinster Rugby are unbeaten so far this season. Desperation to defend their try line combined with brilliant tackle technique and breakdown work. Liam Turner tackle,Rob Russell bravery and Rhys Ruddock leading by example #LEIvSTO #URC BKT United Rugby Championship (URC)

Pieter-Steph du Toit has always been World class but last night in Paris his effort to make 28 tackles and cover every blade of grass was incredible 💪#RWC2023Final #RSAvNZL

Ulster rugby may have finally found their replacement for Stephen Ferris with the emergence of big Cormac Izuchukwu over the last 6 matches! The former Irish Rugby sevens players is one to follow! #LEIvULS #urc

The Investec Champions Cup Final was dominated by brilliant defence but some of the Stade Toulousain attack was really class and made Leinster scramble more than they would have liked. Here are some clips #LEIvTOU

Leinster are only conceding an average of 13 points per game in the BKT United Rugby Championship (URC) and have limited two brilliant attacking teams in Bristol and ASM to 12 and 7 points. RTÉ Sport allowed me have a look at what they are doing well last night in the build up to #LEIvASM

Some of Ireland’s attacking breakdown work was outstanding in London. Here are some examples I used on RTÉ Sport
