With all the lies being spread about Haitians, I want to share some books for those genuinely searching to understand our past. How did we get here? Why is Haiti time & time again the scapegoat for politicians & the media. These books are helpful. Education is a cure for hate.🇭🇹

From $1,500HTG in June to $1,300HTG in July to $1,000HTG today, the price of rice keeps decreasing in the northeast of Haiti thanks to the canal! We still need a lot of equipment & ways to bring the rice across Haiti but Haitians are celebrating this win! Together, we did this!🇭🇹

Did you know that the way Haitians make kasav is a direct preservation of how the Tainos on our land use to make it? These cooking techniques have been passed on from generation to generation. Viv Ayiti! 🇭🇹❤️✊🏿

Last week I collaborated with Nicolas, a tremendous influencer, to show the world (through his millions of followers) a glimpse of Haiti / who we are as a people. Check out the comment section of his first video release in #Haiti. I’ve NEVER seen so much positivity about Haiti.🇭🇹

Thank you for trusting me and my P4H Global team this past year with your donations. You’ve given over $260,000, which is mind blowing🤯. We’ve been able to support 4 canals (still in construction) and a bridge. This past year has been tremendous. Viv Ayiti! 🇭🇹💪🏿❤️

Today we donated over $17,000 worth of materials to the 4th canal in the name of the diaspora. More details to come (we walked, danced, chanted & sang for over 6 miles so your girl is exhausted!) but just know today was absolutely incredible. Thank you for making it possible! 🇭🇹

This is what it’s all about. When we become masters of our hunger, we become masters of our destiny. We’ve got a lot more work to do, more canals, more infrastructural investments, but for now let us celebrate this big win. Viv kanal yo! Viv agrikilti! Viv Ayiti! 🇭🇹❤️
