![“I want [Santos] to make friends with the girls more. She needs to be more of a girls’ girl. (…) Her and Javadi and Samira, they all need to hang out. That’s just Isa wanting to hang out with Supriya and Shabana, but you know.” –Isa 💙](https://image.24vids.com/tw-2046353343056932971/amplify_video_thumb/2046353074999177216/img/Z2U7PAXJmf9LyyzL.jpg)

Fiona and Shabana on Supriya’s exit on the Pitt: Fiona: I was quite surprised, and yeah, we were a core group that kind of made the show, and so you kind of don't want to see that change. Shabana: It's just a beautiful thing that her character had such an impact. Her character was kind and good and trying, and I think that those are really qualities that we want more of in ourselves, and to have somebody exemplify those things is such a beautiful thing. She's the Doctor you'd want to have.

“I was gonna talk to the lady from The Pitt (…) Supriya Ganesh, yeah. I was gonna be like ‘Hey, I really love your advocacy.’ and I was excited to talk to her but I was getting swarmed & didn’t want to be rude.” Hasan Piker on wanting to meet Supriya last night at the Gold Gala

“She looked like she was in the middle of a surgery. She was all sweaty. She wasn’t dolled up. She is obviously naturally beautiful but she wasn’t leaning into the aesthetic of her beauty at all. She was playing the commitment of the character.” - Noah on Supriya’s audition

"I really want people to understand that the reason why, at least for me, it was really painful is because it makes me feel like either me or Shabana would have an easier time if one of us wasn't here." Supriya on journalists mixing up the show's brown cast members via The Wrap

Supriya: The healthcare field is 60% female or more. It bugs me when I watch other medical shows and I’m like, there should be more women. Taylor: White guy, white guy, white guy, white guy. Supriya: Yeah! It's frustrating to see this strange misrepresentation that's happening.

“The cast come and go as they move through their medical training. (…) there's a downside to it because you get to love working with these people and you love writing for them. But then also, you know, you want to make room for the next generation.” - Gemmill on Mohan’s exit

“There’s a lot of reasons why I use those pronouns that relate to my queerness, but also to my race. I wanted to be able to signal to other queer, brown women that I'm out & it's not a big deal. In my head it doesn't feel like coming out. It feels like letting people in.”

Supriya Ganesh on AI's impact in Hollywood: “The thing that makes art great is people, and our creativity and our souls and our work. And I just think if we keep television around people and their experiences and their lives, it is going to continue to be the great medium that it is.”

I: So what do we have to do to get Harry Styles on #ThePitt? S: Oh, I mean, probably be less famous. Unfortunately, you can't have faces that are that recognizable other than Noah on the show. Kind of breaks the reality of what we're going for and all of that. via ET

Q: Are you going to finish med school? Or the acting is okay, we're good? Supriya: You know, I think I only really wanted to be a doctor 'cause I saw Cristina Yang on Grey's Anatomy and I was like, I want to be that and I'm realizing now it was probably more for the acting.
