I just came across this clip and was wondering what a difference it would make to the performance and the confidence of the policemen if they were trained in different martial arts from basic Judo & Karate to intense Krav Maga & CQC depending on their duties and exposure I am sure the states and centre could jointly fund this. I want to ask eminent lawyer and retired judges/cops on X : If a family is faced with such a situation where one or more criminals literally jump on the bonnet, start smashing the windscreen & the driver in an act of survival accelerated but in doing so the criminal is badly hurt/run over - will courts hold the driver guilty? If yes- What is a person supposed to do to protect his family & himself? Many a times there’s no help forthcoming from others or it is a remote location
