I want to ask eminent lawyer and retired judges/cops on X : If a family is faced with such a situation where one or more criminals literally jump on the bonnet, start smashing the windscreen & the driver in an act of survival accelerated but in doing so the criminal is badly hurt/run over - will courts hold the driver guilty? If yes- What is a person supposed to do to protect his family & himself? Many a times there’s no help forthcoming from others or it is a remote location
