I just sold my rental house. In dollar terms, it was a great investment. In bitcoin, I'm down 99.95% I'm buying Digital Credit with the proceeds- and the dividends will be 4X my rental income. Walk through the empty house... and the numbers... with me. 👇

Coffeezilla recently published a video criticizing Strategy's "AI" video of a woman who retired as an engineer and moved her savings to STRC. He's right that the woman isn't real- but her story matches mine. In this video, I share how I'm using STRC and STRK in retirement.

ONE PENNY! Today, STRC traded in a range of $100.00 to $100.01... while it traded over 3 Million shares ($300M) of volume! Is this unprecedented?

DOES STRC REALLY HAVE THE BEST RISK ADJUSTED RETURN? Recently, Michael Saylor claimed that STRC can have a Sharpe Ratio of 3, 4, or even 5. They say, "Don't Trust, Verify", so I calculated the Sharpe Ratio myself...

STRATEGY'S STRC IS PERFECT FOR YIELD-SEEKING RETIREES. STRC pays monthly cash dividends- at an amazing 11.25% rate. STRC maintains stable share value (near $100/share) so retirees don't need to ride out volatile swings in their principal. STRC's dividend payments are Tax Deferred! You pay no tax when you receive dividends.

A HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA) MAY BE THE MOST POWERFUL ACCOUNT FOR $STRC DIVIDENDS. — and most people overlook it. Triple tax advantage + 11.5% monthly dividends + reinvestment compounding = $248K from $123K in contributions over 12 years. Tax-free.
