🎶 “Think Of You” I’ve always felt that Usher’s debut was a commercial disappointment bcuz its overly “adult” themes threw some folks off coming from a tenth grader. But I’ve NEVER understood why this wasn’t a MONSTER single. Shoulda been his “I Wanna Be Down.” Great song.

🎶 “Party 2 Nite” This song was a “shoulda-been-a-hit” back in 1996. LaDae never really took off—Lil Kim dissed them and it was like they disappeared soon after that. But this was a jam. Love the Jacksons sample/nod. And Chubb Rock is so underrated, fam.
