The Illinois State Police does not want to have to effect arrests, we want public safety. They are following you. I’m asking you to help me disperse this crowd so nobody gets hurt. Please” Owen said After some additional dialogue, the protester told the crowd over a mic “I want to disperse so no one gets hurt”, but protesters remained in the area. Police subsequently came through to move the crowd from the area
