🚨BREAKING: Democrats in Sacramento just voted to BLOCK $1 billion for wildfire prevention. Their failure to invest in prevention directly lead to the disastrous fires. They would rather spend our tax dollars to fund healthcare for illegal immigrants. Every AYE vote was to kill our amendment with this $1 billion; every Republican voted NO in order to provide this funding.

FACT CHECK: There is ZERO requirement to prove you are a US citizen to vote in California. The first time you vote, CA accepts all forms of ridiculous fake “ID” such as: -Utility bill -Drug prescription -Public transit card -Student ID -MediCal card, which CA now gives to all illegal aliens! It is ILLEGAL to ask anyone for photo ID. Read the law for yourself here, 2 CCR § 20107:

Medi-Cal is officially BROKE because of illegal immigrant healthcare. The Dept. of Finance just requested a $3.4 billion loan to meet its budget shortfall for just this year. I have been sounding the alarm on free healthcare for illegal immigrants because there is NO LIMIT to how many people can come to California and receive healthcare paid for by you—the taxpayer.

It’s a fact that California allows non-citizens to register to vote and does nothing to stop them. I asked important questions at the elections committee hearing about how we are going to validate citizenship status before registering a voter, and this is the reaction I got from the Democrat Party in Sacramento. The DMV previously admitted that they allowed non-citizens to register to vote. And the worst part is they wrote the law so that anyone who registers to vote through the DMV is IMMUNE from prosecution. They have effectively legalized fraud. They don’t like being asked important questions in a public setting. They prefer to make policy behind closed doors and using NDAs. What are they afraid of?

Piqui’s Law is named after a 5 year-old-boy who was brutally murdered by his father. The broken “reunification program” system used in some child custody battles has led to over 900 children being murdered after being ripped away from their safe home and loving parent. SB 331 will require several necessary reforms to family court and the judicial system to ensure the safety of a child during custody proceedings. As a former prosecutor, I have seen far too many evil, abusive individuals who should be nowhere near a child during these custody proceedings—which is why I voted and spoke in strong support of the bill in committee. Thank you Senator Senator Susan Rubio for your leadership on this important issue to keep our children safe.

Instead of doing his job as Governor focusing on fighting these wildfires, Gavin Newsom took time to attack me on Twitter for stating the obvious: he is a complete failure and wholly incompetent to run our state. 5 years ago Newsom told President Trump California has not done enough to manage our forests, since then we’ve had 7 historically devastating fires—NOTHING has changed.

California is falling apart while Gavin Newsom is busy hosting a podcast. We don’t need another wannabe commentator—we need a governor. Maybe instead of chasing clout, he should try actually running the state he was elected to lead. If Newsom wants to prove he can be anything more than the governor of a failing state, how about starting with the basics: DO YOUR JOB.
