Totally unrelated but Rift valley areas ziko full of rich milk,good milk but the worst teas I've taken in my life ni kwa most towns in both north and south rift. Me sijui nani alisema utamu wa chai ni sugar mingi. Those hotels za huko huweka mumias yote kwa chai, then majani ni kidogo, haija boil poa, totally baddd!! Infact if you cook your tea well you won't need sugar This is the kind of tea i take before i sleep sasa😋

Trophy Kiprono has done very well to debunk myths and misconceptions about the Kalenjin which most people don't know. And by the way even in Kalenjin there is in'fighting' among the sub tribes, just like others do,but at the end of the day wote ni Kalenjin s tu bado and they love n support each other. Also there are some Kalenjin subtribes when they speak you wont understand it ,their lingo is abit complex, also there are some Kalenjin tribes whose men have the Chep name, so not all Chep names are for girls. Just like shes called kiprono n shes a lady,not all kip names are for boy child. Im glad shes educating people more
