no like imagine being in 1997, opening your TV and seeing this ad 😭

and björk echoes that perfectly, these are the kind of ARTISTS that stay true to their roots

not björk and arca recreating this meme😭😭

me rejecting calls

like this video might actually get a few more seconds, I never thought this would ever happen honestly 😭💀

OMGG ARCA IS BEYONCE’S DJ TODAY

watch til the end😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

good morning

oh. my. god. 📸:miraimono

Björk creating “pluto” using her nord lead synthesizer on the side of the beach (1997)

BJÖRK PLAYED AN UNRELEASED REMIX VERSION OF EARTHEATER’S ‘SCRIPTURE’ WITH BJÖRK’S VOCALS I NEED THIS MORE THAN ANYTHING😭😭😭

Good morning

album of the year and it’s not even close

WHEN I REALISED WHAT L.E.S GIRL REMINDED ME OF… like no wonder this song is immensely serene and beautiful

we’re a dying breed but we will never die out as long as I’m alive

‘Venus as a Boy’ turns 33 today !

it’s still genuinely terrifying how good and accurate this sounds, like it does actually feel like a ROL outtake 😭

this genuinely being the best song to come out this year

Janet Jackson interludes

that time björk and tricky came together to give us the hardest song of all time

Hyperballad by Björk turns 30 today !

That’s how you know he’s a real Björk stan… choosing wanderlust, one of Björk’s BEST AND MOST UNDERRATED SONGS to describe his life…

for those interested, make sure you listen to the end, it’s a rollercoaster ride 😭

I don’t see enough ppl talk about this masterpiece

caroline polachek mashups with legend of zelda music is probably my new fetish

this video 😭😭

and then to top it off, she dated Tricky, the father of trip-hop, who gave us “Isobel’s Lonely Heart”, one of Björk’s most remarkable remixes of her career 😭

this is the kind of music that changes your life, trip-hop at its finest whew…

ever since i listened to this album, I can’t stop replaying it, some of my fav productions this year+iza’s heavenly soft voice combined with ear candy synth, a mix of bedroom/glitch pop, breakbeats and Drum & Bass, UGH strongest contender for AOTY for me along Khazna and WH(XCX)

On this day 27 years ago, björk attacked a reporter in bangkok for harassing her child

Good morning to björk singing through an actual wired potato at a 1992 Betsey Johnson fashion show bjorkaeiou @/documoda

everyone knows björk’s “welcome to bangkok” reporter incident, but on this day, 17 years ago, she was also followed around everywhere by a paparazzi in Paris and she finally took matters into her own hands just like the old days

Imagine hating on me and I’m just in the kitchen like

YOOOOO😭😭😭😭 it’s just a slowed version of digital dimension’s theme like how autistic you gotta be to hear this

OH SHE’S TAKING IT
