Big victory for the freedmen/FBA community. SB515 has passed its a delineation bill that will aggregate the data between Caribbean’s and Africans and FBA/Freedman we will appoint our own people in their own so nobody won’t try to infiltrate this movement it will be grassroots shout out to the Freedman family in California. This is one major victory and we still have work to do this will happen all over California from San Diego up to Oakland
