When I was broke, I thought the solution to all my problems was money. I did make millions. Money did solve some problems, but not all of the trauma from the failed marriage, traumatic divorce, and life in general. I’m kinda terrified to be vulnerable like this on the internet, but I don’t want to live a life where I constantly feel like ending it. I just couldn’t shake the thought of escaping life. Millions of dollars didn’t help — I am grateful, by the way. I shaved my head to remind myself to put in effort to heal and start a life I wouldn’t want to end. I want to try to be happy for friends and family, and not to disappoint or traumatize them by making poor decisions. 🍻 to whoever’s trying to heal from past trauma!
