Weekly flights between BLR Airport and London Heathrow have grown from 7 in early 2024 to 34 today, giving travellers more choice, more flexibility and more ways to connect with one of the world’s most important cities. During his visit, Mr. Chandru Iyer, British Deputy High Commissioner to Karnataka and His Majesty’s Deputy Trade Commissioner for Investment, South Asia, highlighted how this growth marks the beginning of even stronger ties between Bengaluru and the UK, especially with the UK-India Free Trade Agreement ahead.
