SOUND ON. Kudos to this IndiGo pilot for patiently explaining facts to misguided passengers. Many times ground staff load up airplanes to keep everything ready. ATC gives priority to those all prepared and ready to fly. Biggles this should be stand training for all pilots. HT 🫡 PC is unknown and I will gladly give credit if informed.
