What a crazy video 🤯 This video is from Ben Wilfong out of Virginia! Ben’s words ⬇️ In all my life I have not seen anything like this storm we just had. We got about 5-6 inches of sleet/ice pellets then 1/4” freezing rain on top. The rain melted the sleet enough to bind it together and create about 4 inch thick ice covering the entire ground everywhere. It’s so thick the livestock don’t break through and literally slide everywhere. Several areas vehicles dont break through and have even had a few areas the tractors dont even crack it. We have had 2 groups of cattle and 4 groups of sheep stranded and refused to move because of the slipping. We have cut roads to feed and water sources for all of them, but a bigger issue I’m noticing is the harsh reality of the effects on wildlife. Keep in mind it’s not flat here so if you slip on a hill you’re going full board to the bottom.

We have had a BLAST on our first day of squirrel hunting and have so much more to show you guys, but this has got to be one of the coolest things we’ve ever had happen while in the squirrel woods… One of our team members, @wildtech_girl was able to take this once-in-a-lifetime raccoon!
