TOM LEE: AI FEARS MAY BE PREVENTING THE VERY BUBBLE INVESTORS FEAR While markets worry about excessive AI spending, Thomas (Tom) Lee (not drummer) FundstratDirect.com argues that continued breakthroughs and discipline in debt markets are signs of a healthier investment cycle. His argument is worth considering: 🔹 AI discoveries are still accelerating 🔹 Capital spending is being scrutinized 🔹 Lending discipline may limit speculation The distinction for investors is important: a correction in valuations doesn't necessarily mean the underlying technology boom is ending. And if AI fears are contributing to the broader risk off selloff, the implications extend beyond tech stocks to crypto and $BMNR. Is Wall Street confusing a correction with the end of the AI investment cycle?

RAOUL PAL: ETHEREUM IS "WILDLY UNDERVALUED" This is exactly how I see Ethereum's future. Raoul Pal, Thomas (Tom) Lee (not drummer) FundstratDirect.com and I share a fundamental belief: the transformation of global finance will create enormous demand for programmable blockchain infrastructure. And Raoul makes a particularly important point: Ethereum's value goes far beyond the fees it collects today. Look at what's already built on Ethereum mainnet: 🔹 $144B in stablecoins 🔹 $50B locked in DeFi 🔹 $16.8B in tokenized real-world assets And we're still in the early stages of tokenized equities, AI agents and automated financial markets, potentially creating another enormous wave of demand for smart contracts. The opportunity isn't simply how much Ethereum is worth today. It's how much of tomorrow's financial system could ultimately depend on it. And with more than 6 million ETH, BitMine is making one of the largest bets on that future. $ETH $BMNR

TOM LEE: THIS IS CASH RAISING, NOT THE TOP Tom Lee Thomas (Tom) Lee (not drummer) FundstratDirect.com says the market is getting hit because institutions are raising cash ahead of the $75B SpaceX IPO. They may need cash for the IPO, then more cash to build a full market weight position in the aftermarket. That means selling recent winners. But Tom says the charts are not broken, this dip gets bought, and because so many people think SpaceX marks the top, it probably is not the top.

TOM LEE: WE’RE 90–95% THROUGH THE SELL OFF “I’d buy the market today.” That’s the call right now. It all comes down to positioning. 🔹 VIX: above 30 🔹 AII sentiment: bulls minus bears ~-20 🔹 Goldman: hedge fund selling = capitulation 🔹 Since 1900: markets bottom early in wars (~first 10%) Too many investors have already de-risked. When positioning gets this neutral, the market doesn’t need good news. Just less bad news to trigger a V-shaped recovery.

🚨 TOM LEE SAYS THE MARKET STILL HAS A RUNWAY HIGHER TOM LEE says stocks remain healthy despite higher oil, higher yields and Middle East risk. His key point is simple: The US has two major structural advantages right now. 🔹 AI leadership 🔹 Energy independence 🔹 Resilient earnings 🔹 Trillions in private IPO wealth coming He says SpaceX, OpenAI and other major IPOs could create several trillion dollars of wealth for private investors. That wealth effect becomes a tailwind for the economy later this year. Oil is the risk. AI, earnings and liquidity are the upside. TOM LEE still sees more upside into year end.

🚨TOM LEE JUST BROKE IT DOWN! 🤯 •Ethereum is worth $440B today •Global markets = $300 TRILLION •BlackRock’s Larry Fink wants to tokenize assets on blockchain •If even a small % moves to Ethereum… Lee says $ETH could hit $63,000+ 🔥 The upside? MASSIVE, Trillions in value‼️ $ETH / $BMNR

TOM LEE: THE MARKET GOT THE FED WRONG Investors treated KEVIN WARSH’S first Fed meeting like a hawkish pivot. Tom Lee Thomas (Tom) Lee (not drummer) FundstratDirect.com says it was actually dovish. Warsh is moving the Fed away from stale guidance and toward real-time data, meaning the dots can move fast if inflation keeps improving. 🔹 Stocks still favorable 🔹 SpaceX IPO was successful 🔹 Bear-market tone comes later Tom Lee still sees an abrupt market shift later this year. But not now.

🚨 TOM LEE: $BMNP IS “A REALLY CHEAP CALL OPTION” ON ETHEREUM BitMine’s 9.5% preferred costs roughly $35 million a year in dividends. Its ETH staking operation is expected to generate close to $300 million annually at today’s price. Tom's logic: 🔹 Preferred capital buys ETH without issuing common stock 🔹 Staking rewards comfortably cover the dividend 🔹 Higher ETH prices widen that advantage 🔹 The result is more ETH per $BMNR share BitMine needs roughly 200,000 more ETH to reach 5%. Lee expects staking to produce around 120,000 ETH annually, leaving only 80,000 ETH, worth about $160 million, to fund. “I don’t think we’re going to end up with billions of dollars of BMNP unless we expect to go way beyond 5%.” That final line is the one to remember. $ETH

TOM LEE: AI INCREASES THE NEED FOR BLOCKCHAIN Tom Lee Thomas (Tom) Lee (not drummer) FundstratDirect.com says the bull market is still intact, but the bigger point is crypto. As AI gets stronger, blockchain becomes more important because transactions need to be proven, validated and protected. Wall Street is still tokenizing money, equities and real estate. AI has the FOMO right now. Crypto is still the infrastructure trade. $ETH $BMNR

TOM LEE: ETH COULD HIT $60,000 Ethereum is coming out of a massive multi-year consolidation. The last 2 times that happened, ETH went 227x and 54x. This time the drivers are even bigger: 🔹 Stablecoins 🔹 Tokenization 🔹 Agentic AI 🔹 On-chain equities Even JAMIE DIMON now admits crypto is better than the current financial system. LEE says ETH is better positioned today than it was in 2021. At $250K BTC, 25% of Bitcoin implies ~$62,000 ETH. That’s why he sees $60,000 by 2028–2029. ethereum:native

🚨 TOM LEE: MARKETS ARE IGNORING THE BEARISH SETUP Wall Street came in ready to short. Positioning was for downside. Long war, risk off, lower prices. Instead, markets are rallying. That’s the signal. When everyone expects bad news and price refuses to go down, it means the selling is already done. Demand is stronger than the narrative. That’s how upside starts.

🚨 TOM LEE: ETHEREUM IS THE LAST STOP FOR THE AI TRADE. AI money has already flowed through semis, memory and software. Now Lee says crypto is next. 🔹 AI agents need crypto rails 🔹 Tokenization could reach $300T 🔹 Stablecoins already exceed Visa volume 🔹 Software broke out while $ETH still lags Wall Street is pushing to tokenize stocks, bonds, real estate and commodities. Every major AI winner has rerated. Ethereum hasn’t. $ETH

TOM LEE: THE MARKET IS ALREADY LOOKING PAST THE WAR Defense spending is offsetting more than the oil shock is hurting. That is supporting earnings. Markets bottom before the news does. TOM LEE says if Iran risk eases, stocks can move higher fast. 🔹 Energy security 🔹 Sovereign security 🔹 Cyber security That is where the money goes next.

TOM LEE SAYS THE BITCOIN AND ETHEREUM THESIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT BROKEN. He says people are “rage quitting” crypto near the end of crypto winter because the spotlight is still on AI, semis and software. But the future has not changed. 🔹 AI needs identity + verification 🔹 Wall Street wants tokenization 🔹 Bitcoin still has network value 🔹 Ethereum benefits as assets move on chain Tom says Bitcoin and Ethereum are the future of money. And if Wall Street tokenizes at scale, Ethereum’s price should go up a lot. $BTC $ETH $BMNR

🚨 TOM LEE: BITMINE IS ABOUT TO BECOME THE LARGEST STAKING OPERATOR IN THE WORLD MAVAN launches in ~2 weeks‼️ "Made in America Validator Network" Over $10 BILLION in crypto will be staked. This is where the model shifts from accumulation → production. 🔹 ~$10B staked at launch 🔹 ETH valuation tied to BTC expansion 🔹 ~90% correlation: ETH → $BMNR 🔹 Largest commercial staking operator globally Now look at what that means: 🔹 ETH $22K → BMNR ~$500 🔹 ETH $62K → BMNR ~$1,500 🔹 ETH $250K → BMNR ~$5,000 This is the framework. Ethereum is the driver. Bitmine is the lever. $ETH $BMNR

🚨 ETHEREUM CO-FOUNDER JOE LUBIN: “WE CAN DO THIS BETTER THAN MICROSTRATEGY” After meeting SAYLOR, Lubin saw the playbook and rebuilt it for Ethereum. He points directly to BITMINE and TOM LEE’s model: accumulate, stake, scale, targeting ~5% of ETH supply. 🔹 100% deployed into ETH 🔹 100% staked and earning yield 🔹 Compounding from day one Ethereum changes the model. Staking yield. Additional layers of return. Capital that compounds. Then it gets deployed into protocols aligned with Ethereum. The balance sheet doesn’t just hold, it earns and allocates. $ETH $BMNR $SBET

🚨 S&P CONFIRMS WHY $BTC WAS EXCLUDED FROM ITS NEW DIGITAL ASSET INDEX “Bitcoin is not in there because it’s really not one of those revenue generating protocols that we think belongs in this index.” $ETH is the index’s largest constituent. The benchmark is built around protocols generating real network revenue, not simply market capitalization.

TOM LEE: YESTERDAY WAS LIQUIDITY PRESSURE, NOT PANIC. He says the market had a parabolic move over the last month, expectations got too high, and now investors are raising cash ahead of the SpaceX IPO. $75B is a huge amount for public markets to absorb. 🔹 Markets ran hard 🔹 Expectations reset 🔹 SpaceX needs capital 🔹 Investors raised cash Tom still expects a correction later this year. But he does not believe yesterday was the start of it. $SPY $QQQ $ETH

TOM LEE: ETHEREUM PRICE IS LAGGING FUNDAMENTALS Anthony Scaramucci asked Tom Lee what he would say to someone whose BitMine position has been crushed. Lee did not sugarcoat it. Price has been terrible. But his Ethereum thesis has not changed. 🔹 RWAs on Ethereum 🔹 Wall Street tokenization 🔹 Privacy upgrades 🔹 Future proofing ETH 🔹 AI identity rails 🔹 Decentralized control The market is watching the chart. Tom Lee is watching what Ethereum is becoming. $ETH $BMNR
