I didn't manage to catch Labour's Afzal Khan on results night to ask him for a follow up after Labour's terrible performance in Gorton and Denton. He left ahead of the announcement. London was handed over to Tommy's terror gang today. People could have been seriously hurt! I spent the day on both sides of the divide. I marched with the nationalists and the anti-fascists and after witnessing all the violence, hate and Islamophobia, my conclusion is that Tommy Robinson's hate marches should be banned. This is not a normal march, it's a thuggish rampage of Britain's worst sort. The far-right are a danger to Britain and mustn't be allowed to batter their way into power.

The footage is so disturbing I removed the most graphic content from the video. The original is far more upsetting. According to local sources in Yemen, the fishermen were killed on Tuesday in two airstrikes carried out by Saudi warplanes targeting two fishing boats off the coast of Al-Kadha in Dhubab District, Taiz Governorate, on Yemen’s western coast. According to relatives of the victims, the first airstrike hit a fishing boat anchored near the shore, prompting several fishermen to attempt to escape aboard another boat. However, a second airstrike targeted them, killing all eight fishermen. Local sources reported that the bodies of four fishermen had been recovered, while four others remained missing.
