Mario Kart World is definitely 60fps in handheld mode. I think it looks like a high frame rate because the consistent blur between the two frames makes the motion look smoother. This was filmed in 120fps. You can see the blur in the cracks on the road.

Since everyone’s bringing up the Switch 2 ghosting again, here is an even slower-mo breakdown. Even at 240fps you see dramatic ghosting between frames. The image freezes for JUST enough time for you to get a still image, before going right back to ghosting.
