Some things will haunt you. And this album was one of them. I locked it away for a decade thinking nobody wanted it, but that little voice inside me kept singing. And against literally everyone in the industry’s advice, I said f*** it- Im putting it out. For you guys, for myself.

Just call me the guardian of the BOPS THAT GOT AWAY! Ya’ll have been BEGGING for me to spill the tea about my sessions with Kylie Minogue that leaked!! I totally forgot how much I love this track. The melody! *clutches pearls* It’s almost TOO GOOD to stay in the vault forever…

Absolutely LOVED working with Canadian pop queen Avril Lavigne 🇨🇦🎸 on her girl power anthem “Dumb Blonde.” We wrote this track as an F U to people who underestimate the power of a blonde!! HUGE shout out to Nicki Minaj for jumping on the beat and doing what she does BEST!! 👸🏼💥

Wanna know a songwriting hack? Use movie/book titles! They’ve already been through layers of marketing scrutiny and you automatically have a recognizable title. This was a song I wrote for Britney Spears 🌹🚀 Femme Fatale album. Didn’t make the cut but still slaps imo!

Fun fact: “Dance Or Die” was written for Britney's Femme Fatale album! I wrote it with Coco Morier (we also wrote “How I Roll”) and Oligee (who did most of Hot City). It almost got cut...but at the end of the day the song was just too much! Still a bop though! 💃☠️
