I just got Max Miller's mailer lying about me. But what bothers me isn't the lies on it. It's what it's missing: a union bug.

Here’s my first ad. I’m running for Congress to fight for my daughters – and yours. So in my first ad, I decided to turn the mic over to them.

You deserve the facts about who Max Miller is. The sheriff of one of Ohio’s largest counties says: “Thirty-four years in law enforcement tells me: Max Miller does not belong in power.”

I’m Brian Poindexter - I’m a union ironworker, and I’m running for Congress because working people's lives keep getting harder and harder while billionaires keep getting richer and richer. Washington isn't making it any easier. I'm ready to fight back. Are you?

NEW: Max Miller is threatening a lawsuit to shut down my ad. Why? Because it gives people the facts about the serious abuse allegations against him. He's used fancy lawyers to get out of trouble his whole life. Not this time. Help us keep the ad on the air.

"Everybody is just struggling right now." I had a great conversation with this Republican voter in Loudonville, Ohio.

You may have seen Max Miller's new ad about me. The "recent charge" it mentions? A traffic citation. The people who know me best know Max's ads are lies. The people who know him best hold their breath when he has custody of his daughter.

“Total depravity.” The people who know Max Miller best say he is unfit to serve. Here are the words of his ex-father in law, Republican Sen. Bernie Moreno, about how Miller treats his own daughter.

Max Miller just voted AGAIN to continue the war. Back home, we're paying the price at the pump. He can afford the votes he's taking. But we can't. #MaxTax

For twenty years, I climbed for a living. I helped build Cleveland as a union ironworker. Politicians in Washington never had to climb. Corporations and billionaires take what they want and leave us with scraps. Here’s my new ad →

Max Miller has more lawsuits he’s involved in than laws he’s gotten passed. He’s fighting for himself, but he’s not fighting for us.

Y'all may have seen Max Miller's ad about me. I'm gonna say it once so I don't have to keep saying it: this is complete bull#@&%. Max Miller can fight the allegations. I'm going to be fighting for you.

I didn't read about working-class values from a briefing book. I live it. Every single day, working families feel the pressure — at the grocery store, when the utility bill shows up, when the mortgage comes due. People are doing everything right and still falling behind. Working people need — no, we demand a seat at the table. Vote tomorrow, Tuesday, May 5th!

I'm honored to announce today that Pete Buttigieg has endorsed our campaign. Mayor Pete has always led with a focus on how policy can improve working families' lives. That's what this campaign is about, and I'm honored to have his support in this race to bring working-class values to Washington!
