This man was pulled over and told by police that he had to come with them because a psychiatrist labeled him “certifiable.” No paperwork, no rule of law, just a doctor saying that if he didn’t come with him right then and there that he would be arrested. This is insane. Southampton police have finally released the body cam footage of Henry Nowak’s death. You can hear Henry’s pleas for help, saying that he’d been stabbed and was unable to breathe. Followed by the police dismissing him and believing the Indian family’s claims that Henry was racist without a second guess. I’m beyond disgusting, but not surprised. Everyone involved deserves life in prison, and that’s generous.
