I captured a video of Tyler Robinson leaving the courthouse today in Provo, Utah - here’s the latest update from the hearing: The Judge ruled most of the defense’s motions cannot stay sealed and will most likely become public! The defense argued releasing them could hurt Tyler's right to a fair trial, but the judge said they didn’t provide enough justification to keep them private, siding mostly with transparency. The defense now has until March 30 to file redacted versions with only truly private information removed. Bottom line: more details about the case filings could soon become public! What's next? There will be a hearing on April 17th whether cameras and media equipment should be excluded from the courtroom. And the preliminary hearing is currently scheduled for May.
