Death Taxes Dudes being faster barefoot Project white boy has been a success. We started the summer with 5 guys that could hit 1.27 or faster on a 5 into 10 and 20+ MPH top speed. Both are up to 15 guys this week, and we’re missing a few of our faster dudes to vacation.

I have terrible news. I fear zercher good mornings have become my preferred hinge. 225 kicked my tail last week. Felt a lot better about it this week. This is even more niche than a zercher squat, so I have no idea if that’s weaker than a wet paper bag or marginally respectable.
