Ireland’s cultural brain rot is now official state policy, and Kneecap are just Culture Decay with a soundtrack. This is who the President of Ireland was proudly greeting in Phoenix Park, a band whose entire public identity is built on glorifying drug use, selling pills, popping cocaine, sneering at police, celebrating antisocial chaos and wrapping it all in “rebellion” cosplay. Put Palestine aside for a second. Put politics aside. Strip the slogans away. What’s left is not resistance. It’s rot. Half their lyrics romanticise being off their heads, pushing drugs, fighting authority for the sake of it, turning nihilism into a lifestyle brand. That’s not edgy. That’s not revolutionary. That’s the fastest way to rot a generation’s sense of consequence, responsibility and reality. And yet this is who gets the smile, the handshake, the photo-op from the head of state. And it doesn’t stop there. This same band is now plastered onto the shirt of Bohemian Football Club, a club whose stadium redevelopment is backed by substantial Irish government funding. Public money. Public legitimacy. Public endorsement. The message is clear: this is who we celebrate now. The Palestinian cause gave a generation permission to romanticise conflict again, to cosplay war, to chant about intifadas and “troubles” like history is a Netflix series instead of something Ireland paid for in blood. We are watching young people who never lived through real violence talk about it like it’s a vibe. Like it’s brave. Like it’s fun. I warned Micheál Martin Martin that the open Jew-hatred wasn’t the real canary in the coal mine. It’s just the first crack. The deeper problem is a society losing its immune system, confusing destruction with courage, addiction with authenticity, antisocial behaviour with moral clarity. These are not heroes. Ireland needs to look itself in the mirror. What’s happening to Rachel Moiselle is not “criticism,” not “activism,” and not free speech. It’s targeted harassment, intimidation. It’s antisemitism, open, vicious, and increasingly normalized. She’s being attacked for one reason only: being a clear, unapologetic voice against antisemitism in Ireland. Daniel Lambert, the manager of Kneecap, has personally gone after her. Her father’s business has been threatened. Pressure tactics. Smears. Dog-whistles that quickly turn into mobs. Let’s be clear about the tactics, because they’re always the same. When facts fail, they go personal. They attack looks. They mock personal attributes, sexualize, dehumanize. They did it to me too. They accused me of being Mossad. They claimed I was “shooting from a car” to hide things from my Irish husband, who was literally standing right beside me. They went after my boys. Said disgusting things about our children. They threatened my employees and their families, naming desks, offices, internal details. They leaked internal information. They targeted LinkedIn profiles because when you can’t win an argument, you try to destroy someone’s life. Let’s call this what it is: Going after someone’s family, children, and livelihood is not discourse. It’s violence by other means. And this isn’t isolated. Nearly every senior Israeli in a visible, leadership position in Ireland was targeted. Executives. Founders. Professionals. Academics. Anyone who dared to raise a clear voice. Most were silenced. Many left Ireland altogether. Others learned the price and stayed quiet. I’m lucky. I’m an extrovert. I’m thick-skinned. And I’m at a stage in my life and career where I can afford to take the heat (call it FU Money) Most people aren’t and that’s exactly why these attacks work. Because they’re designed to scare, not debate. Because cowards don’t argue ideas. They intimidate people. Ireland used to feel like a place with hope. Lately, it feels like deep denial wrapped in moral superiority where antisemitism hides behind “politics” and no one wants to name it. Rachel, you are not alone, we got your back. And let’s be honest — if you’re screaming about “imperialism”… there is one imperialist power expanding through proxies right now. And it’s Iran’s regime. If that regime falls, everything changes. A new Middle East becomes possible. Less fear. Less terror. Less proxy war. More freedom for Iranians. More stability for the region. More hope for millions of people who’ve been living under violent ideology. So Ireland — if you want to stand for human rights, prove it. If you want to be “for the people,” be for the people who are actually oppressed. If you want to be on the right side of history for once: Be the voice of the Iranian people. Get loud. Get visible.
