And that’s one thing that I don’t see here yet but that’s what I’m all about.” He wants it to be focused around: - Toughness - Defensive orientation - Play extremely hard - Play together offensively: “Share the game” - Professional, disciplined, and accountable “I’m looking for volunteers to that, not hostages.”
