I know, I know. I'm so late to the retexture party. But I've never been early to any new feature in Midjourney. So after about a day of playing with a single image, I'm finally getting the hang of it. Here are my 2 favorite ways to play: 1) Keep the OG prompt and change the modifiers. This is how I started, and I'm amazed at the nuance of changing colors and textures inside the original prompt, and how well retexture did at interpreting the input. 2) Ditch the prompt entirely and use [ ] --sref to modify This keeps the general composition while bringing in the entire style reference. You can do this with a style reference code or image. Then, you can even increase the style weights too. This often gets far more creative, which can be a good thing or a bad thing, so beware if you're trying to preserve a specific detail. Excited to add this tool into my arsenal, but I need to be careful or the fast hours will melt away.
