Kansas City was a skating rink late this afternoon! This was some of the worst driving conditions I’ve been in. The only reason this wasn’t a more serious situation is people were driving pretty good and slow. Most of the crashes were the slow motion yep we are gonna crash in about 10 seconds from now kinda crashes. The freezing rain should turn to sleet and snow later tonight with blizzard conditions expected in this area tomorrow. #mowx #kswx #ice #WinterStorm

Anyone have any guesses on max wind speed here? Some of the things in here make me think this is stronger than at least I had been thinking (I had been thinking low end ef-0). Maybe some small scale moments of 100-120mph? I don’t think those solar panel farms are gonna be messed up by 60mph but maybe individual panels can? #wxtwitter #tornado
