THIS is why Meghan gets blamed for so much: the life they’re living now is the polar opposite of what Harry wanted if he was no longer a working royal. Her work builds on decades of science, but she’s done what many experts couldn’t: taken it out of academic papers and put it in the hands of parents, professionals, and policymakers. And the message hasn’t stayed in the UK. It’s gone global. It's sustained, strategic advocacy designed to create generational change. Real progress takes time, and Catherine is playing the long game.
