Great in theory, but really expensive in practice. You can have the best of both worlds and just use markdown that embeds HTML. All the structure, flexibility and interactivity in a format you can edit and comment on without spending tokens.

I can't work any other way. Most agent workflows feel one-directional: you and the agent talk back and forth. This feels like a shared workspace inside the document itself.

As models and agents get more capable, it seems like the workflows around them keep getting more complex. That feels backwards. Workflows should get simpler as technology gets better. Moss was built on that tenet:
