The Quetta police is using extreme violence on female students as they were protested, demanding the safe release of the Baloch students. The officers used harsh language on female students and dragged the students violently to the vans, multiple students are injured and the area is full of police, searching for Baloch students to detain them. #Quetta #BMC #StopQuettaPoliceViolence

Today, the students were not allowed to host a book stall at Ghazi University. The students, who had books, waited for five hours outside the University, but were not allowed to enter with books. This anti-Edu behaviour in universities is becoming common, which is not acceptable.

The deployment of security forces in large numbers to sabotage the ongoing protest & papers boycott by students in BUET Khuzdar is a very alarming act. Instead of listening to the demands of the students, the administration is creating a fearful atmosphere in the university.

حب پولیس کی کتب میلہ پر دھاوا, زبردستی بُک اسٹال ختم کروادیا۔ بلوچ اسٹوڈنٹس ایکشن کمیٹی حب زون کی جانب سے لسبیلہ پریس کلب کے سامنے لگائی دو روزہ کتب میلہ پر پولیس نے دھاوا بول کر وہاں موجود دوستوں کو ہراساں کرکے ان کی پروفائلنگ کی اور کتب میلہ کو زبردستی ختم کروایا دیا۔ ایک طرف معاشرے کے بچے کتب خریدنے دوردراز سے آئے ہوئے تھے اور کتابیں خریدرہے تھے جبکہ دوسری جانب پولیس کتابوں کو زبردستی غنڈہ گردی سے ہٹوانا انتہائی افسوسناک و شرمناک ہے۔ آج بُک اسٹال کا دوسرے دن پر پولیس کی بھاری نفری پریس کلب پر پہنچ کر کتب میلہ کو ختم کرنے پر مجبور کیا اور ان کو یہ کہہ کر زبردستی اسٹال ختم کراویا گیا کہ پریس کلب کے یہاں کتب میلہ لگانے کی اجازت نہیں۔ جب پولیس آفیسر کو پوچھا گیا کہ کوئی لٹر یا نوٹفیکشین دکھا دیں جہاں یہ لکھا ہو، تو ان کا کہنا تھا کہ وہ خود لیٹر ہیں۔ یہی کتابیں پاکستان کے ہر شہر وا بک اسٹور پر آسانی دستیاب ہیں مگر بلوچستان میں کتب میلہ لگا کر علم پھیلانے پر قدغن ہے۔ یہ نہ صرف علم دشمنی ہے بلکہ یہ بلوچ علم دشمنی ہے، یہ ملک و سرکار نہیں چاہتی کہ بلوچ پڑھیں اور بلوچ معاشرے میں علم کی فضا قائم ہو۔ پولیس کی جانب سے زبردستی کتب میلہ کو ختم کروانے اور ایسے غنڈہ گرد و علم دشمن رویوں کی سخت الفاظ میں مزمت کرتے ہیں، اور زمہ داران کو واضح کہنا چاہتے ہیں ہم بلوچستان میں علم کی روشنی پھیلانے کی جدو جدہ میں ایک قدم پیچھے نہیں ہٹیں گے۔ مرکزی ترجمان بلوچ اسٹوڈنٹس ایکشن کمیٹی

Security forces attacked at Agricultural College Quetta, beaten and arrested multiple students. After attacking at students of Bolan Medical College in their hostels, injuring dozens and arresting more than 128 students in bogus charges. Today the police raided hostels of Agricultural Colleges Baleli at airport road, after using violence on them they forcefully arrested dozens of students and shifted to jails. The forces have been searching and arresting Baloch students from different corners of Quetta since last night. This barbaric behaviour of Quetta Police and district authorities is discriminatory which creates only hatred which is never unacceptable. #BMC #Quetta
