Overall - this is a good situation. Very talented roster. The only issue?? The schedule is less than ideal - 4 CFP teams from last year including all 3 from B1G and Oklahoma. Plus Iowa, PSU, Minn all coming off good years. 9 W’s would likely put in CFP discussion

Takeaway – this is a fabulous team. #1 for a reason. They are always incredible physically – that’s been true the entire 20 yrs we’ve been doing this. Schedule is very difficult – play 3 of other 5 teams in preseason top 6 – but definitely sense they are embracing the challenge.

Have thought for 3 months that Indiana Football was good enough to get to this point - said this after 1st Oregon game It's amazing it took others so long to accept it - brand and history are powerful forces Can't wait to see if they can finish it off tomorrow!
