Here’s a video my Grandma took. Her neighbor, 75 yr old Junior Singleton of Frank, NC, is a hero. After getting my grandparents out before the bridge gave way, he waded in chest deep water to rescue these people before their trailer was swept away. #WNC #WesternNorthCarolina
