Hey The Buffalo News I have a big story for you! There is a common trend lately of monthly subscription based companies or apps making it hard to cancel the autopayments. Either making where to cancel hidden or magical “errors” when pressing cancel followed by “please contact customer service”. This is a tactic to get people not to cancel due to the hassle and inconvenience of having to contact customer service. There is a local company called “The Buffalo News” that does this exact same thing. I’ve tried canceling every day this week as well as contacted customer service, shockingly I haven’t heard anything back and each day get the same error. Gimme a call I’ll give you the hot story!
