Yesterday, during my interview on Channels Television, I reiterated what I have always believed: the challenges within the Official PDP Nigeria are not insurmountable. To move forward as a party, however, we need to take clear and deliberate steps to get back on track. This means holding a fresh National Convention and ensuring we have a properly elected, INEC-validated National Working Committee. That is how we strengthen the party and ensure legitimacy in its processes, while restoring credibility and giving our aspirants a solid platform on which to contest in the 2027 polls.
