In Kololo, many saw CDF Muhoozi Kainerugaba Inter-Forces Drill Competition billboard hanging almost falling down and simply drove past. Col. Col Deo Akiiki saw it differently. He stopped and put it back up. That single act speaks volumes. Patriotism is not always in speeches. Sometimes it is simply stopping to stand for what you believe in. Respect, Col. Deo. You didn’t just raise a billboard, you raised the spirit of commitment.
