Remember when David Eby stood up in the Legislature on a point of order to publicly shame Gavin Dew for not wearing “contemporary business attire” after his luggage was lost? Fast forward to tonight’s formal televised leaders’ debate and Eby shows up without a tie. Hypocrisy.

It’s honestly just a sad day to be a BC Conservative. Standing there in 2024 watching this party make history and come so close to forming government felt like the beginning of something huge. Now it feels like I’m watching it break apart into a million pieces. And what makes it harder is watching people I genuinely care about and worked with in the Legislature, walk away. I’m not even mad. I’m just really, really sad.

Here’s one for all of the haters who think I’m too “done up” all the time 😂 This is actually how I look when I work from home. You don’t need to wear make up and have your hair done to feel good about who you are! 😇

Lorne Doerkson spent wildfire season updating his Cariboo constituents EVERY SINGLE DAY and helping people through it. That’s what a Premier would do. David Eby is using that crisis as a political metaphor to justify an early election.

An EV costs $60K. The home upgrade to plug it in? $50K. That’s $110K just to follow the federal Liberals and BC NDP’s green fantasy. Who can afford this? 🔌💸

Trudeau broke the law flying to a billionaire’s island on a private helicopter. The RCMP looked away. Taxpayers paid $215,000. “Rules for thee, not for me.” Are we really just supposed to forget that? 🤨

I wasn’t able to get into the Cowichan Tribes dumping site so this is the best I could do We need a drone 🤔 Nearly 300 thousand cubic metres of garbage sitting beside the Cowichan River, leaking into the water and threatening salmon habitat Locals have been raising the alarm for months So who’s actually responsible for cleaning this up?

Decades of celebrating Canadian hockey, Canadian veterans and Canadian pride still isn’t enough for the Order of Canada. Don Cherry is a Canadian hero. He is unapologetically patriotic. He deserves it! 🇨🇦

I was at a stage in life where I felt like I needed to leave BC and chase a new opportunity, like many other British Columbians who feel pushed out by radical BC NDP policies that are destroying our province. Then Harman called and said it was time to get behind Caroline Elliott and stay and fight for BC. So I cancelled my flight. This is the most important leadership race the BC Conservatives will ever have. Let’s do this.

This has big “trying to get back in the Conservative base’s good books” energy Maybe it’s about supply management.. Maybe it’s Jason Kenney realizing he needs the grassroots again 🤔 Is this the soft launch of a leadership bid? Would you vote for Jason Kenney?
