One of our awesome interns, Noah, just hit 1,000 doors knocked this weekend. Amazing. Had to give the young man a call and thank him for his hard work. He’s studying abroad this fall, but we have him for a few more weeks. Campaigns are won one door at a time — we can’t do it without patriots like Noah.

Stopped by Uncle Ernie’s Seafood in Panama City to talk to some local folks who had to rebuild everything following the devastation Hurricane Michael. We agreed about the need for drastic permitting reform that lets folks build FAST — a key part of my platform. That goes hand-in-hand with improving the insurance market. I also heard from a server at the restaurant that President Trump’s No Tax On Tips has been an absolute game-changer!

If Ilhan Omar is not a naturalized citizen, she is ineligible to serve in Congress. If Ilhan Omar is ineligible to serve in Congress, she must be removed from Congress. It's that simple. Noncitizens have no business serving as elected representatives in our federal government.
