My 15 year old is hitting Banded Safety Squat Bar (SSB) Squats with 135 lbs for a triple. It is the middle of summer break and instead of sleeping in like most adults do, he is up at 5:00 AM getting the work in. Teaching him that consistency and discipline start early.

New PR: 280 deadlift. He didn’t want to get up this morning. I always tell him 90% is just showing up for yourself and putting in the work. Working out together has been a blessing.
