Still a bit bouncy. The heavy motors on the inner axes contribute to what amounts to a mass spring system. It's much, much better than before. Some rotational damping might do the trick.

It works! It'll move much more aggressively, but this is about the limit of passenger comfort. Base is solid, motion is smooth and quiet. All parts either available off the shelf or made by OSH Cut. Now we need to disassemble and powder coat it...

Got Forza Horizon 5 set up on the motion rig and spent some time tuning settings. It's super fun! I could drive it for hours. Forza is a lot more comfortable (and forgiving) compared to the Dirt Rally racing simulator. Here's Jacom driving offroad and being a road hazard. 😀
