They came with a plan, thinking Rwanda wouldn’t notice… but they forgot one thing Inkotanyi don’t blink. Today, 511 SADC troops officially returned home. But behind the uniforms was a hidden agenda: they tried to sneak in FDLR fighters, dressed up with fake names and forged travel documents, hoping to smuggle them out unnoticed. One SADC member state even issued legit paperwork to known genocidaires. Out of 523 people meant to leave, only 511 were cleared. The other 12? Headed straight to Mutobo. Inkotanyi are still Inkotanyi.
