Today's 4x400m mixed relay for Ireland to qualify for the World's. 🥰 It's not great picture quality but best I could find. Phenomenal last bends from Rhasidat and Sharlene, who got a shove from Justyna Święty-Ersetic after the line for her troubles. 🇵🇱😂 Great race. 🇮🇪 👏
