7 months ago I was depressed and on the verge of suicide, unable to walk more then a few hundred feet WITH a walker at 32 years old. Today, I just finished walking 78 minutes with 3 crazy doggos (and a husband 🤣) #Carnivore and Dr Jordan B Peterson SAVED MY LIFE. You CAN do it!!! 💪
