Nearly 3 years have passed since the wide-scale employment of FPVs began in Ukraine. However, these videos are not from Ukraine, even if the lessons are. Dozens of people working constantly since 2023 made this a reality recently. Paratroopers with FPVs are here to stay.

What does North Korean (?) aid to Russia look like? It’s ammo and WW2 Howitzers. This the first time I’ve seen the D-74 (1944) 122mm towed gun in action in Ukraine. It’s likely being used now due to a lack of other, newer options. 1 | 3

The Syrian Civil War is one of the most devastating conflicts on earth post-WW2. There were some lighter moments however, such as rebels using a a 200 year old Ottoman Cannon from the Aleppo Musuem against regime positions.

Despite many drone cages, it’s artillery that gets them in the end. Watch as 🇺🇦 utilizes a linear target to hit a moving 🇷🇺 column. One gun/section is 100-150m off but the rest are right on. The timing of this is extremely difficult to get right.

Can towed gun survive in modern war? This one has a huge impact 🔥 With a dug-in position, drone nets, and camouflage, this 105mm MOD 56 can fire 150+ rounds without moving. No shooting or scooting in sight.

What does U.S. aid to Ukraine look like? It’s an American FPV in action, downrange 💥 🔥 Neros Technologies just released video of one of their Archer FPVs being used by some of the best 🇺🇦 drone pilots in the world. This same system will be fielded to the U.S. Army, soon.

Anyone remember this famous interview? Well, it’s been updated… If Lt. Nellis were still in today, he’d tell ya there’s no such thing as “overkill” when it comes to building and outfitting your drones. Adapt or Die ⚡️
