Been working towards doing 16 neutral grip pull ups for the past year and half. Definitely a challenge to stay consistent while travelling and no access to a gym to do these combined with a lot of catabolic sports (hiking, mountaineering). Overall happy with my progress.

No matter how chaotic or exhausting life is, I try to show up as much as I can for myself. Even if motivation is low and it’s only a few minutes a day. Went from 4-14 pull ups in 3.5 months, despite a drastic decrease of my workouts.
