I saw people talk about the judge in the Karen Read civil case saying, "Attorney Jackson is getting some free publicity today." I believe it's because two attorneys were appearing via Zoom, and in their Zoom box, it showed Jackson's law firm or something to that effect.

From #D4vd defense at today's hearing: "We believe the actual evidence will show David Burke did not murder Celeste Rivas Hernandez nor was he the cause of her death." They have asked for a preliminary hearing within the 10 days as required by statute, if defense doesn't waive. "..we would like to be able to have the evidence come into the light of day at the earliest opportunity .." #DavidBurke That date is set for April 23.

COURTROOM OUTBURST: Earlier today in the Kevin Lychwick (pro se) trial, the judge said good morning to the defendant and responded, "Good morning, nothing, your honor!....I'm being railroaded...." and went on a rant. CONTEMPT?? - I can't believe these attorneys weren't held in contempt. This is FL v Rashaun Jones. (We are not allowed to live stream. ) The attorneys went OFF THE RAILS today. The judge threw them out of court and left the bench, "unbelievable". I watched some of the pretrial hearings, and the attorneys on both sides were yelling over each other.
