Approx. 1 kg of prepared mayonnaise was destroyed. * Synthetic food colors were being used in the preparation of food. * Marinated raw chicken (15kg) was found to be stored for more than a week in the refrigerator which is rusty and unhygienic with blood stains. * Refrigerator is highly infested with cockroaches. The walls of the kitchen, electric pipes, switch boards and raw material were highly infested with cockroaches. * Kitchen was found highly unhygienic with open dustbins. * There are no pest control records. * Medical records for food handlers, FoSTaC certificates were not available. * Cooking oil found used repeatedly for preparation of food.
