Once the system goes live, market makers will no longer be able to manipulate prices and besides, after the Clarity Act, if market makers even attempt to do this it will be considered a crime. Once the Clarity Act officially comes into force, the initiation of the first institutional XRP transfers for bank transactions will require an integration and testing period of approximately 2 to 3 months. Within a maximum of 90 days from the effective date of the law, witnessing the start of the first large-scale commercial bank transfers (live XRP transfers) is the most realistic expectation for the financial markets.
