I guess this got enough traction Cryptogenic cirrhosis with chronic PV occlusions and splenectomy - no good route for PVR/TIPS so percutaneous #mesocaval shunt created by #chogazi Omar Chohan, DO Percutaneous trans abdominal esophageal varix embolization was something new. Technique evolves and a lot to learn with every case.

Shoutout Dylan for his ICE TIPS technique, didn’t do it quite as fast as him, but Argon Medical ScorpionX does make it much easier to succeed with 1 pass, and ‘bullying’ sheath into PV was awesome. #gore Viatorr positioning under US also shown Chris Beck BackTable Vascular and Interventional
