jeonghan shared how he started going to a yoga studio bcs his shoulder hurts so much 🥹 since it hurts a lot, they already set a date for his surgery and rehab while he's currently enlisted. but someone recommended that he go to that yoga studio, and they found out that the problem isn't in his shoulder, but in his pelvis. so he went there for almost 1 year and 9 months while serving. and eventually, he got better and didn't need surgery. however, there was a time when he skipped his yoga sessions for 4 weeks and his pelvis and shoulder started hurting again. that's why he constantly needs to do his yoga, exercise, or go to a medical clinic. AWWW PRAYING FOR UR CONTINUED RECOVERY, JEONGHANIE!! 🥹🤍
